Decision Coaching
I’m Andy Phillips, the writer of MindSet for Good. I share tools to help you build the mindset, mental strength and clarity of thought you need to take difficult decisions.
Hopefully you find them useful but sometimes that is not enough. Sometimes you need a Decision Coach.
Whether it’s a career crossroads, a difficult conversation, or a complex life choice, decision coaching can help you move from uncertainty to clarity so you can act with confidence.
What’s on Offer
1. Free 30-minute chemistry call
No obligation, just a chance to see if we’re a good fit and to discuss your unique situation.
2. Three 60-minute coaching sessions
A structured, three stage process tailored to your decision:
Your Objective: I will coach you to define the problem you are trying to fix or opportunity you are trying to seize.
Your Evidence: We will then set the criteria and evidence you will use to assess whether the decision is the right one or not.
Your Options: I will then help you explore the options available and consider the available evidence to take the right decision.
3. 12 months email support.
Following the coaching I won’t leave you hanging. You can get email support from me for 12 months after the coaching to help you as you implement your decision.

What kind of decisions?
A true decision is one that cannot easily be undone. For example, there has been some irrevocable allocation of resources or some change that cannot be unchanged.
Decision Coaching is appropriate when it is unclear what you actually want or what the impact will be.
Most Decision Coaching falls into one of the following categories:
Professional Change: Should you quit and start a business? Should you take a voluntary redundancy? Should you accept a job offer? Should you apply for a promotion? Should you change careers?
Difficult Conversation: Should you tell your boss they are having a negative impact on you? Should you raise a performance issue with a colleague or subordinate? Should you report unethical behaviour you have witnessed?
Personal Management: Should you change the way you work? Is there a better way to be more productive? How can you improve your work/life balance? Should you share at work your mental health challenges?
